I believe that after about 10 days of regular use of both Revitalize (under tongue) and Skin Tone (on feet), I notice a change with water retention and digestion. Also, Relieve Me has been effective for muscle pain, and Reclaim is the best moisturizer I've ever used on my face. -Etta V.
