2. You are responsible for the use of essential oils and recognize that all content on www.rockymountainoils.com is for educational use only and is not meant to treat, diagnose, or prescribe. All natural supplements should be used under supervised care of a licenced physician.

3. All packages are sent with Delivery confirmation through USPS.gov, or with a tracking # through FedEx.com. You are responsible for the security of the package once it has been delivered. You agree that with proof of delivery you have your product and we are not liable for lost or stolen orders at this point. If you are concerned with the options above, please call in your order. We can arrange to require a signature when your package is delivered and/or add insurance to the package with customer paying the cost (starts around $2.00). If you choose not to have these extra precautions added, you agree not to harass, hold liable or try to recover any money from "lost" or stolen packages from your mail box or residence.

a. You also agree to cooperate with us, if there is any need to trace a package or to start a claim with the insurance company. This includes writing a letter stating that a package was lost, damaged or stolen.

4. You are responsible for any extra taxes or duty fees when  packages are shipped outside the United States. At the current time we have found USPS to be the least expensive way to ship. Unlike UPS. com, they do not have extra brokerage fees.

5. We offer a 100% guarantee that allows you to return your product within 30 days for a full refund if unopened. Once the product is opened we may still refund any unused portion of the oil  (There is a limit of four 5ml or two 15ml bottles on opened oils). Any attempts to dilute or refill the bottle in any way voids this offer. In this event, customer will not receive a refund.

a. You must e-mail or call us before returning any product to receive an RMA # and permission.

5. Governing Law. Any claim relating to www.rockymountainoils.com website shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah without regard to its conflict with laws in other areas.
