    Rocky Mountain Oils' Black Cumin is one of the top essential oils to help boost and strengthen the immune system.   • Applications & Uses

    Blends well with: Lavender, Rosemary, Galbanum, Rosewood, Cardamom and Oriental type fragrances.


    Ways to use: You will need to blend with a carrier oil before using topically. A general guideline is 4-8 drops in ½ teaspoon of carrier oil for adult topical use. Once you have tried it, you will know if you need to blend more or less. A general guideline for blend rates for children can be found here: Always test on a nickel sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using.


    Diffuse a drop or two of Rocky Mountain Oils' Black Cumin to help boost immune system.

    Massage a drop or two in carrier oil into your chest and shoulders during cold and flu season.

    During emotional trials, diffuse 1 drop Rocky Mountain Oils' Black Cumin and 4 drops Cardamom.


    Combat Infections Bath

              • 1 drop Black Cumin
              • 2 drops Tea Tree
              • 2 drops Lavender
              • 1 tablespoon Carrier Oil
              • ½ cup Sea Salts

    Dissolve all oils into Sea Salts then add to warm/hot bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes.



    Flu Fighter

              • 2 drops Black Cumin
              • 1 drop Rosemary
              • 2 drops Melaleuca
              • 6 drops Lemon
              • 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil
              • 1 teaspoon FCO

    Mix together and massage into chest and throat every night and morning when flu symptoms set in.
