History: This plant is the tallest of all the sage plants, growing up to about 3 feet tall. It was cultivated in the mid 20th century for the brewing of ale. Ways to use: You will need to blend with a carrier oil before using topically. A general guideline is 4-8 drops in ½ teaspoon of carrier oil for adult topical use. Always test on a nickel sized portion of skin first. Make sure your skin can handle the oil/blend before using.

• 4 drops Clary Sage
• 4 drops Blend of Jasmine
• 4 drops Sandalwood
• 1 tablespoon FCO
Massage formula into body using long, soothing strokes. Use this to raise low sexual energy.
• 4 drops Bergamot FCF
• 4 drops Clary Sage
• 3 drops Ylang Ylang
• 3 drops Geranium
• 2 teaspoons FCO
Add formula to a warm/hot bath and soak for at least 30 minutes. Can also dissolve oils into 1 cup epsom salts and add to water to soften skin and remove impurities.
