It will need to be blended more with children. A general guideline can be found here:

Massage into the area where the nerves have been damaged, then apply a cold compress and relax for at least 15 minutes.
For an earache apply a couple of drops to cotton and place on the ear. Do not put inside the ear canal.
Massage Rocky Mountain Oils’ Nerve Support into the shoulders, neck, and across the forehead for nervous stress and tension.
For a fever add carrier oil and massage into the head and back.
• 30 drops Nerve Support
• 20 drops Gentle Healer
• 2 ounces Shea Butter
• 1 tablespoon Vitamin E oil
• ½ teaspoon Lanolin
• 3 capsules Evening Primrose oil
Melt Shea Butter and Lanolin and remove from heat. Add Vitamin E and Even Primrose oils and stir well. While cooling, mix in essential oils and pour into container. Allow to cool then cap and label.
Smooth over rash 2-4 times a day as needed. As rash is healing, if it itches, add 2-5 drops of Ravintsara oil to the blend.
• 15 drops Nerve Support
• 15 drops DNA Repair
• 1 teaspoon FCO
• 4 capsules Evening Primrose Oil
• 1 cup Shea Butter
Melt shea butter, remove from heat, and add FCO and Evening Primrose Oil. Blend in essential oils. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected areas 2-3 times a day.
