To keep balanced and confident during the day rub 3 to 6 drops on the bottom of your feet each morning. Companion Oils: To get the best use of your essential oils use Aligning first on the feet to balance. Use the Majestic Brez, Guardian Angel, or Guardian on the shoulders to protect, and Tranquility for a more calming effect. Ingredients: Rosewood, Spruce, Frankincense and Blue Tansy in a base of Wild Fractionated Coconut Oil.

I use it on almost all of my massage clients to help balance the spine and help with hormonal imbalance. A little of this seems to go a LONG way.
