Very nice. I used it last night coupled with lavender to help a neighbor who earlier in the day had twisted her leg. This type of fir is "European Silver Fir", which I'd never heard of before. It is an AMAZING oil. Delicious, rich aroma. Great pain reliever and very relaxing. Highly recommended.
