My grandchild gets car sick easily, I simply rub some oil on her feet, tummy, throat and nose and she is fine for an entire day of serious traveling. My husband just used some last nite for a severe case of heartburn, within minutes-maybe 5 at most, he was fine. Just rub it on toes, tummy, under nose. You can't beat this oil OR this company. I am a former YL customer, now a Rocky Mountain Oil fan for over two years.
