I rub the Lemmongrass on my feet at night before going to bed. I rub it everywhere I have spurs and on my bunions. I like the smell but took just a little getting used to after smelling a milder scent of the Lemmongrass from another company. Much prefer this, it is economically wiser to use with same benefits.rnrnRMarie from Georgia

This Lemongrass is one of my favorites for diffusing. It provides me with a good overall sense of well-being and helps with my respiratory problems. I also use it in my homemade insect repellant spray. It really works!

Good lemongrass oil with a milder scent. Great in diffuser. Highly recommended.
