It is an excellent essential oil for lung congestion and pain from infection, coughs, colds, bronchitis, and bronchial tract infections. Place one or two drops of essential oil in a cup of hot water. Inhale the vapors. H Helps reduce a fever by cooling the body. It is a liver and spleen tonic. May assist in seasickness, intestinal colic, gout, female disorders, and delayed menstruation.
