If inhaled after adding the drops, it will take your breath away & clear the sinuses. sandykemp (Saturday, 20 March 2010) Rating: Peppermint is a must have. I use it on animals and myself for arthritis pain, as a bug repellant and for enhancing mood. paulabradley (Sunday, 31 January 2010) Rating: What a lovely smell! I used it on my temples for headache, but I would definitely recommend mixing with a carrier oil (like FCO) instead of applying directly to the skin. It made my eyes water for a few minutes.
