I used it on my temples for headache, but I would definitely recommend mixing with a carrier oil (like FCO) instead of applying directly to the skin. It made my eyes water for a few minutes. It sure perked me up, though, and I hadn't realized I was slightly congested until the peppermint started to clear me up. musicalquiltingmouse (Friday, 06 November 2009) Rating: I received this oil in my sample kit. I have used it several times now for improving moods. Both my child and I responded rapidly- almost instantly!
