Customer Reviews: carmerisa (Wednesday, 20 January 2010) Rating: I never used to have menstrual troubles beyond the normal, probably average pains. As I have aged my troubles have increased greatly. Major cramping, very heavy flow, depression (CRANKY), and trouble focusing my mind. I tried PMS away with the F.C.O. rubbed on lower abdomen and back in the middle of the night. Not only did the pain subside so I could fall asleep, I woke up feeling like a million bucks.
