Just a small amount instantly brings the present moment into clearer focus, and assists with releasing emotions of the past. It is slightly energizing, and relaxing at the same time. Calms anxiety, and creates a feeling of well-being. Smells GREAT, like a sweet perfume. A new favorite of mine.
