Awesome blend! I get weather migraines that cause my neck and shoulder muscles to tense up terribly and cause additional misery. We had a week of weather fronts go through, so I used tension release on my neck and shoulders in conjunction with my migraine medicine. Within 20 minutes, the tension began to subside and I did not get the "migraine hangover" that typically follows my migraines.

I was using deep blue from doterra for my muscle tension blend. However i'm switching to tension realeasernbecause both as a massage therapist and personally this oil is perfect. Very effective in a sports massage session. Perfect in a hot bath to melt away muscle tension. It has a good smell and best of all it's half the price.

I like this WAY better than Aroma Siez. I use this every day along with Relieve Me for several issues. I continue to be impressed with the quality (and price!)Rocky Mountains oils and am a loyal customer.

I use this regularly with massage clients for sore, tight muscles and end with peppermint oil. I find it very effective. I use essential oils instead of muscle ointments because they are just effective if not better and smell sooo wonderful! Everyone likes this one!

Comparable to Young Living's "Aroma Siez", but with added bonuses. Leaves a cool, refreshing feeling in the skin and muscles. Excellent!
