Application: Apply as a compress over the liver and heart. Apply on the ears, wear as perfume or cologne. Place a drop or two on the palms, rub hands together, cover your nose and inhale.

Comments:Begin by cleansing the colon before detoxifying the liver. About 10 days after starting the colon cleanse add the liver cleanse. After you have been on the liver cleanse at least a week do the following: 1st- put Aligning on feet. 2nd- Balance on energy centers (for balance). 3rd- a compress over the liver using the Soothing Comfort and Helichrysum gymnocephalium on day one and Transformation on day two (cycle until results are achieved).
