i bought this as a substitute to YL's Di-Gize, i have found it doesn't work quite as well as YL's, but i think it is due to the base of Coconut oil, YL's blend is much more concentrated, but on the plus side, i can apply this one topically without skin irritation. In comparison to YL's blend which i only have to take 2 drops and i forget about my stomach discomfort, i have to keep taking a couple drops of Tummy rub every half hour and it helps but never completely resolves my stomach discomfort. In the future i may just buy the individual oils and make my own blend minus the coconut oil for the strength i need. but all in all, this is a great product.

I have been using plain peppermint in my water for digestion. I have a very bad digestive track. I have found the benefit of the extra oils not only pleasing to my digestive track but enjoy the aroma. I use it both internally and externally.

I suffer from extremely painful menstrual cramps and no OTC meds work for me. I have used peppermint oil on my abdomen with some success but this has a blend of peppermint along with other oils known to be soothing for menstrual pain. It is also already blended with a carrier oil for easy application. I tried it this past weekend and had great success. It truly helped alleviate the pain ... and quickly! Will definitely keep this handy!

I received my first bottle of Soothing Comfort when I was sick with a really nasty stomach flu. I took it internally and experienced relief immediately. Comparable to YL'S "Di-Gize", although I do like this one better. Smells amazing!
