- 1 drop Rosemary
- 2 drops Melaleuca
- 6 drops Lemon
- 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil

Mix together and massage into chest and throat every night and morning when feeling symptomatic.

- 1 tablespoon Carrier Oil
- ½ cup Sea Salts
Dissolve all oils into Sea Salts then add to warm/hot bath. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
