Amazing for leg cramps!
Last night I woke up with one of those horrible foot to calf cramps. Tried homeopathic tablets and they didn't work. When I was getting desperate I remembered the Tohi muscle cream and put it on. Totally wonderful! The cramp started easing up as soon as I applied it. To those of you who get night cramps you know how horrible they are, I'd advise you to keep this by your bedside. I will :-)
This was part of a tohi set I purchased. I'd recommend getting the set so you can find what works for you.

Gift for my sister, a nurse who gives everyday
Gift for my older sister a nurse who said she LOVES this and how it helps her knees when she rubs it on before a long shift at the hospital. She went to rmo to purchase more tubes but it’s been sold out after black friday sales. I’ll keep on looking for her and treat her to more when available. Thank you to all our nurses.

A great choice for muscle pain relief!
Like many muscle rubs, it's very minty/menthol scented, but I find that scent soothing and nice. It feels great immediately and both my husband and I find relief from it. Great for before bed or at the office desk when neck pain creeps in late afternoon. I feel better about using it than other mainstream products that have more chemicals in them.

An excellent product
I highly recommend this product! As soon as my Tohi Complete Relief arrived in the mail I put some on my neck to ease my tense neck muscles. I like how this product smells and LOVE how it helped alleviate the pain. It's been on for over 2 hours, and I'm still feeling the icy hot sensation on my neck. Thank you for this wonderful product!

Has anyone who's using this used Doterra deep blue? How does it compare?
A shopper on Jan 6, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I currently have both, and use then interchangeably. Compared to the Deep Blue rub, the Complete Relief rub is
- a little "wetter", so it takes slightly longer to dry than the Deep Blue rub.
- a little hotter on the skin than the Deep Blue, which I prefer. I'd recommend trying a small area before you slather it on.
- provide the same relief as the Deep Blue. They both do equally well at soothing sore muscles and have the same great smell.
- less expensive than the Deep Blue.
- appears to be a little more natural just based on the ingredients that I can't pronounce between the two :) (but I'm no lotion maker, so I could be fooled here).
- very minor...but I like the larger tube top of the Deep Blue over the small cap of the Complete Relief. I'm always knocking the Complete Relief tube over because it has such a small cap.

Overall, I don't really have a preference of one over the other. Although, if the Complete Relief was a little less wet, I'd prefer it hands down over the Deep Blue.

I just noticed that this shouldn't be used with a heating pad (after using it with heat), what is the reason for this?
Amy U on Apr 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The reason for the caution is due to the possibility of heat from a heating pad intensifying the muscle rub. There is a potential of skin irritation when additional heat is applied to the affected area while using the muscle rub.

Laurie M on Nov 19, 2017
