How To Use CBD Oil
  1. Shake well before each use. 
  2. Start with 1/2 of a full dropper (.5mL)
  3. Drop your oil dosage in the mouth and hold under the tongue for 30-60 seconds before swallowing. 
  4. For best results, take one dose in the morning and one in the evening after brushing your teeth. 
Didn't like the flavor? Try adding your dose to your favorite tea or cup of coffee. You can even add it to honey, water, juice, or a veggie capsule. 

Helpful Tips
  • Start with a low dosage, such as 1/2 of a dropper per dose for 1 week. If you do not experience the desired results, increase your dose by 1/2 a dropper per week. The maximum dose is 2 full droppers twice a day. 
  • Consistency is key! Remember that all bodies are different, and your dose will depend on your body and the desired benefit. Continue to gradually increase your dose as needed to achieve the desired effects. It can take 4 weeks to fully feel the effects and find your perfect dosage. 
  • Store your CBD oil in a dark, dry, and cool place to keep the product fresh, and to prolong the shelf life. 
How to Use Your Dropper
While your dropper is in the bottle, slowly squeeze the rubber top and release. This will suck the oil into the dropper. Make sure the oil fills the dropper to your desired dose. You may need to suction more in or squeeze the dropper to release some oil to get your exact dose. Once you have the proper dose, hold the dropper above your open mouth, lift up your tongue, and squeeze the dropper to release the oil. Try to avoid letting the dropper touch the mouth or other parts of the face to decrease the chances of contamination. Keep the oil under your tongue or swish the oil around for 30-60 seconds before swallowing.

1st Time CBD Oil User
This was my 1st time purchasing and using CBD oil. I purchased one bottle of the extra strength CBD oil to make CBD massage oil for my Valentine's Day boxes that I'm selling. I made the CBD massage oil using the recipe Rocky Mountain Oils has on pinterest. I tried some of the oil on myself by massaging my wrist and I'll say about 10-15mins after I immediately felt the effects of the oil. I work in a call center, so my wrists tend to ache from being bent over my keyboard and typing all day, and the oil relieved the pain. The CBD oil gave me a continued release feeling throughout the night that helped keep the pain away. I loved how it felt and I can't wait to but my Valentine's Day boxes together so that my customers can experience the CBD massage oil as well. First time's a charm
This was my first experience with CBD. I was surprised after just a couple days I felt calmer, happier. My muscles are more relaxed, which makes daily life more productive and pleasant. I'm hopeful that continued use will help my joint pain. Perhaps in the future a minty flavor option will be available and other products like lotions. Bottle leaked
About a third of the oil had leaked out during shipping. RMO was very professional with getting me a new shipment out quickly. Once I received my replacement bottle, about a fourth of that bottle had leaked also. I ended up keeping this one because I needed my oil. The leakage is coming from the squeeze bulb on the end. However I absolutely love the cbd oil! It's one of the best I have tried. Just disappointed in losing some of the product. Hopefully they can figure out a better way of packaging it.

Which Terpenes are in your CBD?

Terpenes in CBD Oil, extra strength, include Pinene, Myrcene, Caryophyllene, Ocimene, Humulene. There are others however are they have a limit of quantification. If you have a bottle, please visit our website and go to the GS/MS Lookup and enter in your batch code.

I have a CDL and am required to take DOT drug screens. What info can you give on this product? Will it affect my test by a positive result?

All CBD products will contain trace amounts of THC, and while the levels of THC are low enough that they likely will not trigger a false positive on a drug test, you cannot fully rule out the possibility of it happening.
