fresh smelling
This is a really good smelling fennel. I love to wash my sheets in it. It smells so good. I don't like black licorice, but I love the smell of fennel!

Fennel Seed with a wonderful sweet smell
You can tell the quality of an essential oil often simply by smelling it. This fennel seed has an incredibly wonderful sweet smell along with a strong aroma of licorice which it should have due to it's anethol content. I appreciate the quality of RMO essential oils.

Lick my chops over this one!
This fennel is out of this world YUMMY. Makes me wanna lick the bottle. Yes that’s what I said. Don’t do it tho....save it for diffusing. I blended fennel with orange and silver fir in my diffuser. Then I put some in my inhaler. Can’t seem to live a decent life with it now.
Oh fennel... where have you been all my life?! Never leave me.

Why does this say to avoid during pregnancy and breastfeeding? Credible sources I've read say that fennel is safe for pregnancy and helps promote milk production during nursing.

BEST ANSWER: Great question!
Essential oils are very beneficial for our bodies most of the time. Pregnancy is a special time when customers need to be aware of some changing circumstances. When used properly many essential oils can be safe for pregnant and nursing women, however, we always recommend talking with a trusted medical professional or aromatherapist before usage. For help finding an Aromatherapist in your area, visit the National Association for Holistic Aromatherapy:
