Essential Oil Fitness "Playlist"

We all have that workout song that keeps us motivated. So crank up the tunes and get those essential oils out that help you achieve a balanced and fulfilling sense of well-being. These are the essential tools you'll need to create the ultimate fitness playlist.

With summer just around the corner, the phrases “bikini body” and “swimsuit season” seem to be coming from all sides! Magazines, models, and media tell us to get toned and tanned to be happy with ourselves. However, here at RMO, we know being healthy isn’t just about appearances. Being healthy means feeling your best physically, mentally and emotionally. And we call that well-being.

Fitness Playlist

Track 1: Fitness This mix of Grapefruit, Lemon, Mint, Cinnamon Bark, Celery Seed, and Ginger Root has a variety of wellness benefits. When appetite cravings hit, diffuse Fitness to curb them. When you need energy to get motivated for a workout, dilute with a carrier oil and apply Fitness topically. When you’re feeling frustrated with your progress, breathe in the bright and spicy aroma and remember what healthy really means for you.

Track 2: Lemongrass Lemongrass has an extremely fresh and lemony aroma that can aid you in a number of ways!
