I followed the instructions for the seasonal blend recipe and the cotton wick absorbed all the oils. I do or smell the EO blend when inhaling from the aroma inhaler. Should I add distilled water or a carrier oil to the glass vial?

You can also try adding 10-20 drops of your favorite essential oil blend onto the cotton wick if you are having a hard time smelling the essential oils. Adding water or a carrier oil is not necessary. Adding more oils is a possibility if the aroma is faint.

Do you have a recipe that would work for motion sickness? I would love to keep one of these with me when we travel!

Peppermint, Ginger, Orange and Roman Chamomile are often used for motion sickness. One option would be to add 2 drops of Peppermint, 5 drops of Roman Chamomile and 6 drops of Orange to an Aromatherapy Inhaler. Hope this help!
