• 6 drops Blend of Vitex Berry
• 3 drops Clary Sage
• 4 drops Geranium
• 1 tablespoon Jojoba

Massage blend into the abdomen using clockwise strokes.

• 2 drops of Rose or Geranium
• 4 drops Sandalwood
• 6 drops Blend of Vitex berry
• 2 drops Bergamot FCF
• 1 tablespoon FCO
