Immune Support Cooling Foot Massage
Soothe and soften sore feet while supporting your immune system with this cooling foot massage oil that's perfect for unwinding after a long day, or any time you want to give your immune system a boost.
Ingredients:
• 5 drops Sacred Immune Strength
• 5 drops Peppermint
• 5 drops Lemon
• 1 tbsp FCO (or Jojoba oil or Almond oil)
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a 15mL glass bottle and shake well. Apply 5-10 drops to the soles of the feet and massage for approximately 2 minutes on each foot. Put on a pair of clean socks and allow the blend to absorb into the skin. Wash hands thoroughly after application.
Always dilute with a carrier oil and patch test before extensive use. Do not use while pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, sensitive areas, or broken skin. For external use only. Do not ingest. Contains "hot" oils which may cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Use extra carrier oil if necessary. Do not use with heating pads. Safe for kids 10+ with proper dilution and patch testing.
