Enjoying RMO
I've bought many RMOs. I enjoy all of them. The nutmeg is fine haven't used it much. The ones I'm using most is the savory ones. Especially the thyme. I like the specials and the free delivery, and not having to be in a club. Getting to buy what I want and that alone. No fuss.

Are any of these safe to ingest? I have used Young Living oils but would like to compare to ones that can be used internally.
Sandy H on Jul 5, 2021
BEST ANSWER: Hello Sandy!

Rocky Mountain Oils feels that essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic. They are of the quality to ingest. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so. If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance.

Is this diluted ? The bottle doesn't list any carrier oil ?
A shopper on Jul 28, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Great question! Nutmeg is 100% pure and does not have any fillers, additives, or fragrance enhancers. Due to this, we would recommend diluting it with a carrier oil for topical application.

Thanks! -RMO Team
I am new to buying essential oils this says topical so I can use it for my bath? Also I was wondering if I mix this with cinnamon and clove if would give sort of a pumpkin pie smell? Thanks
Orandell C on Nov 19, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Great question! You can mix Nutmeg with those oils. However you will want to be cautious using 'hot' oils in the tub as they can cause severe reactions to the skin if not heavily diluted.
