Seems to help my ADHD son at school.
After reading other reviewers I decided to get some of this to help my 2nd grade son who has ADHD. I sent a bottle of the neat blend to his teacher to diffuse in class, but when I saw the roll-on I asked his teacher if I could send it to school and if she’d let him apply it 1-2 times per day before their more intensive study periods. The week before we started using it he roll-on he’d had a good morning but bad afternoon or the reverse the whole week. He was having difficulty following directions and completing assignments in class. They tried it once or twice each day this past week and the teacher reported he had a great week. He’s hearing the directions and is able to kick it in gear and complete his work if he starts lagging behind. So far I couldn’t be happier! I should note we have used the concentrate roll-on once before school for about a year and did notice when we’d forget, but I think the key is applying right when it’s needed. We still use concentrate at home before school but adding attention assist has been a game-changer.

Definitely worth a try!
I've been using this product fairly consistently for the last few weeks! So far, I really love it. I would say that it helps with brain fog and even helps me feel calmer throughout the day. I think it has somewhat of a woodsy smell, which I love (but some aren't a fan of so consider this when you purchase). A little goes a long way for me, so I usually roll it on one inner wrist and use that to apply it elsewhere, only adding more if needed. I also personally have liked the combination of wearing Attention Assist while diffusing Lemon oil or something similar :)
I hope this is helpful to you!

This works!! Amazed by this one! I have a little one and I’m constantly being pulled in all directions which caused me to lose focus. This absolutely helps with staying focused !
