Use daily, a favorite oil here.
When I use Black Pepper it helps me feel more focused and able to deal with stress. It also helps me feel more energized. I like to mix it with Basil, Marjoram, and Nutmeg, for a very earthy grounding perfume blend. It's a little strong for some folks taste, but suits my needs perfectly.

It's so useful it doesn't have to smell sweet
I love this oil for its benefits, but it's not exactly aromatic. I mix about five drops with an eighth of a cup of melted (and cooled to warm) coconut oil, rub it on my hands and put soft gloves on. It really helps my hand flexibility.

Has anyone used this in conjunction with turmeric? I read that it increases the efficacy of turmeric but haven’t found a good way to mix it. If so what would be a safe dilution for ingestion?
Rochelle M on Nov 29, 2017
BEST ANSWER: You always want to add black pepper to turmeric. The amount depends on how much turmeric. I don’t go by an exact measurement. I simply add black pepper to my turmeric which is a dash or a pinch for me to about 1tbsp turmeric.
Saw someone using it to help Break husbands addiction to cigarettes. Wondering if this works with Alcon & if so how to use it - diffuse or topically? Or maybe just drink it instead of the alcohol?? Just kidding of course but would love to hear about anyone's experience with this! Thanks!!!!

BEST ANSWER: One of the objectives of the use of essential oils is for the therapeutic properties of the oils to be absorbed into the bloodstream. To best receive these therapeutic benefits, diffusion and topical application are advised. The most common areas for topical application include rubbing the diluted oil on the back of the neck, behind the ear, on the wrist, the bottom of the feet or on the targeted area.

Thanks!

I have noticed a substantial price increase in many of your essential oils since my last purchase 1 weeks ago. Why have some oils, black pepper included, had such a rise in price?
Nelly F on Sep 11, 2018

All of our essential oils go through extensive quality testing through an independent third party lab. No matter the cost our company values sustainability, integrity, and purity.
