Energize

• Diffuse in the mornings to help wake up your mind and give you energy for the day. 
• Dilute and apply to your temples or other pulse points to give you a midday energy boost.

• 3 drops Energize
• 4 drops Sandalwood
• 1 Tbsp FCO

Mix ingredients together in a small container, or in your hands. Massage the mixture into your shoulders and back as needed to stimulate the mind and boost your energy. 

• 50 drops Energize
• 20 drops Cinnamon Bark
• 4 ounces Distilled Water

Combine all ingredients in a 4-ounce spray bottle. Shake well to combine, and before each use. Liberally spritz around the room as needed to help freshen the air and stimulate the mind. 

Warning: This blend contains Clove Bud, which is considered a "hot" oil and can cause skin irritation. Be sure to dilute and perform a patch test prior to applying topically. 

Dilute before topical use. 

Kids Safety: Safe to use on children ages 10 years and older. Dilute to a .5-1% dilution rate before applying topically on children.
