Happy Husband!
My husband used this product on his shoulder when he'd strained a muscle. He was very surprised -- the pain was gone instantly! He is now a very happy man! And that makes ME very happy!

Awesome!
The first day I bought this I got stung by a wasp. I apply a drop of first aid and in 30 min, not only was it not stinging, I couldn’t even find the stings!

First Aid is very helpful for burns and cuts
I highly recommend this oil. Our family owns a small pizza shop where the ovens are 650 degrees; when we are working a little too fast and get an oven burn, we roll this on the burn. After using this product, which I blend with FCO and Vitamin E oil, the burn doesn't hurt when we have to reach into the oven again. We love it, thanks RMO!

First Aid
We use this to reduce the appearance of scars from injuries. The oil seems to smooth skin over the injured area. The results always surprise us -- in a good way.

Can this be applied neat?
BEST ANSWER: We do recommend diluting any blend with a carrier oil when applying topically. We recommend a dilution rate of about 1/2 a teaspoon of carrier oil and 1-3 drops of the blend.

Can this be taken internally in a capsule mixed with olive oil? I am having hip replacement surgery and worry about infections.
BEST ANSWER: Great question! Rocky Mountain Oils feels that essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic. They are of the quality to ingest. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so. If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance.

I don’t see rosemary or clove bud on the kids’ safety page. Is this safe to use (properly diluted) on my three year old?
BEST ANSWER: Great question! Rosemary and Clove Bud are technically safe for children 2 years and up. However, as these are hot oils, we would recommend a .5% dilution rate.

Would Relieve Me, True Blue, or First Aid be best for knee/joint pain on my 14 year old during sports? She is a pitcher and often complains of knee pain while she is pitching.

First Aid

BEST ANSWER: Great question! Our Relieve Me, True Blue, and First Aid blends are very similar in what they are intended to do, however they do have different ingredients. Because everyone reacts to oils differently we offer the two blends so that in case of one not giving the desired effect the other may be more beneficial. This is determined by each individual's body chemistry. I would suggest reading the product descriptions of each oil and seeing which one sounds as though it would more apply to you.
