Migraine Support Massage Cream
  • 30 drops Migraine Support
  • 5 drops Bergamot FCF
  • 1 teaspoon FCO
  • 1 cup Shea Butter

Melt shea butter, remove from heat, and add FCO. Blend in essential oils. Put in container and allow to cool completely. Close lid and label. Massage into affected area 2-3 times a day.

Migraine Support Shampoo
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Liquid Soap
  • 1/2 teaspoon Carrier oil of choice
  • 15-20 drops Migraine Support

Gently stir all of the ingredients together, being careful not to beat the mixture as this will cause it to foam up. Pour the shampoo into a clean squeeze bottle or container of choice. To use, massage a small amount into scalp, leave in for 10 minutes, then rinse well with cool water.

I received the Migraine Support. What a lovely scent! Although I have not had the need to use the product as yet, I do believe the superior quality will assist with the reduction of the migraine symptom.

Migraine support helps
Migraine support has been very helpful in stopping a migraine that is just starting. As soon as I feel a migraine beginning, I put some of the oil on and I don't suffer a bad migraine because it goes away. I recommend this to all those who suffer migraines.

Do you dilute this in a roller bottle or use it neat? If you do dilute it, how much carrier oil and how many drops of the oil do you use?
A shopper on Jun 8, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Migraine Support does not contain a carrier oil and should be diluted before applying topically. Please visit our Dilution Guide on the website for blending tips. https://www.rockymountainoils.com/dilution-rate
What is a carrier oil? I'm new to using oils. I have really bad migraines and am really interested in trying this oil.
Christy on Mar 22, 2018
BEST ANSWER: A carrier oil is a vegetable, nut, or seed oil that "carries" the essential oil into the skin. Some examples of carrier oils are Fractionated Coconut, Jojoba, Almond or Grapeseed oil. Many carrier oils have therapeutic properties of their own.

When using essential oils topically on adults, we recommend 1/2 tsp of carrier oil for every 1-3 drops of essential oil. Extra caution should be exercised when using oils on the elderly and children under the age of 12 because their skin is more sensitive. If a question arises, please refer to a trusted health professional or aromatherapist.

What is expiration date?
A shopper on Jun 13, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Most essential oils do not “go bad” in that they become rancid, but their therapeutic properties can lose potency. If kept in a cool (room temperature or cooler), dark place with the cap tightly sealed, all oils should maintain their therapeutic potency for about 3-5 years. However, citrus oils have a shorter time frame of 1-3 years. Some oils, such as Patchouli, Vetiver and Blue Tansy actually increase in potency.

can Migraine Support be safely ingested orally with a carrier oil?
A shopper on Nov 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Excellent question!

Essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly.

All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic. They are of the quality to be taken internally. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so.

If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance. Follow the link below for help finding an aromatherapist.
