Relax the Back Bath Oil

Combine all ingredients in a glass bottle or jar. Shake well to mix. Dissolve 1 tablespoon of mixture into 1 cup Epsom or Sea Salts and add to a warm/hot bath. Can also use 1/2 teaspoon of the blend as a massage oil for the back. (Be sure to test on a penny-sized portion of skin first, to make sure you can handle the blend.)

Dilute for topical application as this is considered a hot oil. Not recommended for use while pregnant. A little goes a long way as this oil has a strong aroma.

Thyme & Black Pepper
I went out on a limb to try this one. I typically like herby scents, so figured why not? Ajowan Seed smells very much like a powerful thyme mixed with a bit of black pepper. Vaguely reminds me of an Italian restaurant. Personally, I find it too powerful. As in, I wouldn't add more than a drop to a 160ml diffuser. It was also initially unpleasant, but grew on me after awhile. Not one that I would run on its own, unless I had a cold, but still not sure what other oils might blend well with it.

Ajowan seed for hair growth
I stumbled upon this product after searching so many different sites for a pure red thyme. I was using red thyme for hair growth and I would get an inch of growth a month but other companies stopped carrying pure red thyme and then I found the ajowan seed which is similar as thyme but they can be used interchangeably. So far I have not been disappointed with this product and pleasing surprised. I will continue to use this to see if it will duplicate the results of the red thyme

I bought this for tummy issues. How are people using it for this? In milk? Topical?

BEST ANSWER: One of the objectives of the use of essential oils is for the therapeutic properties of the oils to be absorbed into the bloodstream. To best receive these therapeutic benefits, diffusion and topical application are advised. The most common areas for topical application include rubbing the diluted oil on the back of the neck, behind the ear, on the wrist, the bottom of the feet or on the targeted area.
What is this oil for?
