RMO Cardamom essential oil
Received the bottle of Cardamom within two weeks of ordering. My whole order consisted of 17 bottles of various ROM oils amongst which was the Cardamom (took advantage of the limited time special 20% off selected oils). All 17 bottles came bubble wrapped & packed inside a smallish RMO carton box. After this being said, have not started using the cardamom oil as yet and will do so when appropriate time comes. Love all the RMO oils I have used so far, and am undoubtedly certain it will be the same with the Cardamom.

How do you use these?? Do you find it works better when added to a carrier oil or in a diffuser?
A shopper on Oct 11, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Essential oils are super easy and fun to use! I use my small RMO diffuser almost daily. Depending on my mood I'll use different blends, but I will use it in the morning to help wake up or in the evening to help me relax. I even leave it on when I sleep at night with some lavender and cedarwood. Five drops in a small diffuser filled with water is all you need. If I'm feeling extra stressed or have a bad headache I will usually use them on my skin. I love to put a couple drops on my hands, rub them together and cup my hands so I can inhale the aroma. It's important to use a carrier oil because some oils are too potent to use directly on your skin. Also rollerballs are great for travel so you can use your oils on the go. You can't get better quality or customer service than RMO!
