Muscle Soothe Essential Oil Blend’s Marjoram constituent can help rejuvenate overused muscles and joint tissue while increasing circulation. The Black Pepper constituent in Muscle Sooth can help relieve muscle pain associated with exercise.

This blend is part of our Kids Line Collection. The roll-on comes pre-diluted at a two percent dilution and is safe to apply topically on children who are two years or older.

Love this blend, great for muscle issues
I purchased this to have on hand and ended up using it within the week. I overused my calf muscle running and used this along with rest of about 2 days and the muscle recovered that quick! Love the roll on, it made it so convenient to use. Very happy with this purchase!

It works!!!

Great scent and very soothing
I love this oil- my son has cramps and a burning sensation in his feet at nighttime, as well as restless legs. I bought this oil to soothe him and help him get back to sleep. It definitely helps to calm and relax his legs, and he will even ask me for the oil.

Does this work on a Charlie horse or soreness related to growth spurts? I have a 5 year old who is constantly complaining about his legs. I think it is one of the two things that I mentioned.

BEST ANSWER: Muscle Soothe was definitely designed to assist with soreness and is perfect for children 2 years +!
I love to use muscle soothe on my stiff neck when I get migranes. The only thing is it takes about 20 minutes or so to work. Is there another oil that would work a little better?

BEST ANSWER: We suggest either adding more Peppermint oil to the mix or trying out either True Blue, Sports Pro or Relieve Me.
