I love this fresh, clean scent to diffuse in my main living area. I use 6 drops of grapefruit or orange with 2 drops of Immune Strength to rid the house of any cooking odors. Visitors always comment on the fresh, vibrant scent.

Can this oil be taken internally? Like put it in water?

BEST ANSWER: Essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic, and therefore of the quality you can ingest if you choose to do so. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so. If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance.
I notice that other companies that sell essential oils will put on there label that oil is 100% essential oil but I don't see that on the label for rocky Mountain oils, why not?o

I am new to essential oils. Do the singles have to be diluted with the coconut oil before adding to a diffuser?

BEST ANSWER: Hello!

When using essential oils in a diffuser, we recommend not diluting them. You only need to dilute your essential oils when using topically. We generally recommend using 5-10 of E.O. per 100ml of water in an Ultrasonic Diffuser. However, it is largely up to personal preference. Feel free to play with it and see what's best for you.
