Spruce Essential Oil (Picea mariana) is also commonly known as Black Spruce. Spruce Essential Oil has a medium-strength woody, earthy, and evergreen aroma presenting a top-middle fragrance note.

Spruce Essential Oil is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Wellness collection. The clean-forest fragrance of Spruce oil fosters self-acceptance and forgiveness while enhancing a sense of security. Clean dirt and grime while purifying the home when you add Spruce to your DIY cleaning supplies.

Spruce Essential Oil has a warming, energizing effect when massaged into the skin. Apply topically, diluted with a carrier oil, or use on muscles after a workout.

Forest Walk Room Spray

Add formula to a 4 ounce, fine mist spray bottle. Shake well before every use and liberally spray the room whenever needed. Can refill the water 3-5 times before refilling the oils.

Possible skin irritant if oxidized. Use a carrier oil for topical application.

Kids Safety: Safe to use topically with children 7 months of age and older. Dilute to a .5-1% dilution rate for topical application.

Practice safe diffusing:

- Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area.

- Keep children out of the direct line of mist.

- Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.

Pure and fresh
I love the black spruce! It reminds me of when I was in Minnesota where my husband is from and he lived in a wooded area, heavily wooded, but the soil there is so rich and every breath you took was pure and fresh. That's what the black spruce reminds me of. I really love it, it is one I love to just breathe from bottle or diffuse often.
