Tummy Rub
Was first introduced to this amazing oil by one of our daughters who has been a Rocky Mountain oil advocate for years.
I have used it for the last few years when my husband was having some tummy issues. In fact we keep a rollerball with Tummy Rub mixed with a carrier oil by the bedside!
It works rather quickly and is quite effective! It's an oil you don't want to be without!

Never leave home without it
When my tummy is feeling uneasy and upset, I roll this all over my stomach and within minutes I have relief. Seriously, I do not leave the house without this oil. My husband is a skeptic to oils and he used it and looked at me and said "wow this stuff really works!" This blend is amazing

My son and I both use Tummy Rub. We put a drop under our tongue when we have stomach upset. Works wonders. I would recommend it to anyone who has stomach aches.

what is the difference between the 15ml blend and the 5ml neat version?
BEST ANSWER: Thank you for question! We dilute about half of our blends with FCO because they have luxury oils in them. This helps to keep the price affordable for our customers. We're now offering a 5 ml neat version for each of our 12 most popular 15 ml blends that are in a base of Fractionated Coconut Oil (FCO). The term "neat" means undiluted. Even though they are a little pricier, having a neat version of our blends will make it easier to dilute them correctly as well as diffuse with no worries. It also gives customers with coconut allergies a chance to the use our top blends.

Is this safe to apply tummy rub on my four year old? How far to dilute?
BEST ANSWER: Great question! Because this blend has Peppermint in it, we would not recommend using in on children under the age of 6. We would recommend looking into our Tummy Time Kids Roll-On. Our Tummy Time is diluted at a 2% dilution rate so it is prepared for topical application on children.

Would this help with nausea due to morning sickness during pregnancy?
BEST ANSWER: Unfortunately, we cannot recommend any oils to use during pregnancy.
Essential oils are very beneficial for our bodies most of the time. However, pregnancy is a special time when customers need to be aware of some changing circumstances. We recommend that any pregnant or breastfeeding customers consult with a medical professional if they choose to use essential oils during this time.

If the blend is already diluted, do I need to dilute it further to use in a rollerball? Is it ok to use the blend as is without diluting further?
BEST ANSWER: Anytime you are trying an oil for the first time we do recommend diluting the oil further.
We would suggest starting with 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil for 1-3 drops of the blend. Once you have tried this you can increase or decrease as needed.
Thanks!

As is the dilution percentage is 30%. If I wanted to get it down to 10%, how many drops of carrier oil would I mix with a drop of Tummy Rub? It's my understanding that 30% is generally too high of a dilution to use...why did you pick this percentage? Or is 30% fine to use when experiencing an upset stomach (Nassau/stomach flu)? Thanks!
BEST ANSWER: Most blends that contain FCO are not quite prepared for adult topical application. We would recommend to dilute further to a 2%-5% dilution rate for an adult. You can treat the blend as if it were a single essential oil when diluting. This is because the difference in E.O. per drop is so minuscule ( .5-1 drop difference).
For more information on specific dilution rates, we suggest following our dilution chart on the website.

BEST ANSWER: The dilution rate of the Tummy Rub roll-on was at a 5% dilution. We recommend a 2-5% dilution rate when applying oils topically. Use the link below for further reference.

What ingredient was changed in the Tummy Rub blend?
BEST ANSWER: The recipe for the Tummy Rub blend has not been changed since around 2013/2014. It no longer has Anise or Tarragon, and now has Cypress and Frankincense. If you are noticing a differ in aroma since then, this can be due to batch differences.

Can I use this on my dog for tummy problems? For bloating, gas, etc.
BEST ANSWER: At this time, we have found insufficient research about using essential oils on or around domestic animals, including procedures and possible reactions. Because of this lack of research, we are unable to advise how to use essential oils with pets.
