I use Pain Ease diluted in a little FCO each night because I stand all day and they get so sore and sensitive. Within minutes the soreness has eased and the sensitivity is gone! Couldn't go without it.

What’s the difference between Pain Ease and Relieve Me? I’m looking to use for tension sore muscles (neck) and tension headaches.
BEST ANSWER: Hello!
They both carry similar therapeutic properties, the only difference are the ingredients and their scent. Both can be used to soothe muscles and joints, however, it is based on personal preference. Each person reacts differently to different oils, so it is best to experiment with the oils on which are best for you.
Thanks!

Can I use this oil by itself for pain relief or do I need to mix it?
BEST ANSWER: Great question! We recommend diluting EO's before topical application. Our general recommendation of 2-5% for adults is about 1-3 drops of EO per 1/2 teaspoon carrier oil. Find more information at the link below.
