With a middle fragrance note, Blue Tansy offers a medium-strength aroma that is sweet, warm, soft, and herbaceous. Unique from many other essential oils, Blue Tansy has a high concentration of chamazulene, creating a pretty and natural deep-blue color within the oil itself.*

Blue Tansy pairs well with Lavender, Frankincense, Pine, Cedarwood, Rosemary, Geranium, and Helichrysum.

Tips

• Add Blue Tansy to a personal aromatherapy inhaler and breathe in deeply to help encourage the spirit and provide a boost in confidence.

• Apply a dab of Blue Tansy with a carrier oil to bug bites for added relief.

Cooling Touch Massage

• 3 drops Blue Tansy

• 1 tablespoon FCO

Massage into the bottom of feet before bed to help ease nervous tension and provide cooling relief after a long day of movement and activity.

Relieve Exhaustion Massage

• 3 drops Blue Tansy

• 2 drops Lavender

• 2 drops Pine

• 1 tablespoon Carrier Oil

Combine together to create an invigorating and uplifting massage oil for the shoulders, upper back, and neck. Use in a diffuser without the carrier oil to promote mental clarity and energy within your space.

Serene Night Diffuser Blend

• 4 drops Lavender

• 2 drops Blue Tansy

• 1 drop Cedarwood

Give yourself some extra time to unwind with this floral, calming, and grounding diffuser blend. Diffuse 30 minutes before bed to help relax the mind and prepare for a good night’s rest.

Sore Muscle Massage

• 3 drops Blue Tansy

• 5 drops Helichrysum italicum

• 1 teaspoon Vitamin E oil

• 2 teaspoons FCO

Combine ingredients and massage into sore, tired, or overexerted muscles for added relief. Use as often as needed to help give your muscles the extra care they deserve.

Kids Safety: Safe to use topically with children 2 years of age and older. Dilute to a .5-2% dilution rate for topical application.

Practice safe diffusing:

- Diffuse in an open, well-ventilated area.

- Keep children out of the direct line of mist.

- Diffuse in 30-60 minute intervals with ample break periods for safe and effective use.
