It's a very unique smell, not quite as terrible as the other reviews might have you believe. It's certainly a smell you have to think about, though.
While it's far from my favorite, I do enjoy the can focus it gives me.

Wait for it!
I mixed the Davana with FCO and used a light blend. I then placed it on my wrist. I did not like the scent from the bottle and at first it was the same on my wrist; however, as it stayed on my wrist, the scent changed and became more floral and sweet. I used 10 drops in a roller bottle with the FCO and may add more FCO later. As it is now, the scent is not overpowering. I will wait a while longer and decide if I need to blend in less oil the next time. A little goes a long way with this oil.

Lovely Scent
I like this oil as it's suitable for a substituting women's fragrances. I often get headaches from conventional scents and this one is a nice light (not too strong) scent.

Davana oil
I use it as perfume, but end up not smelling it and I think it disappears into my body. I use in the bath and it seems to help with sleep and relaxation.

Is this oil ISO tested?
Can you send me a copy?

All of our testings are presented under the "Testing" Tab through the GC/MS Testing. In order to check a test to an individual bottle, there is a 6-digit batch code underneath the bottle and can be typed in the GC/MS webpage.
