A wonderful discovery!
I treat the rose essential oil like gold. I use it sparingly, but I have noticed a difference in my skin tone. My daughter is getting one for Christmas.

This Rose scent is exquisite!
The happiest, loveliest scent!! A little goes a long way; I put 3 drops in a 10 ml roller bottle filled with fractionated coconut oil and it makes a perfect perfume. This is my second bottle over the past couple of years. Expensive but worth it, especially if you can catch a sale.

In love with this purchase! This rose oil is divine, worth the price if you can swing it. I'm also very impressed by the free gift I received with my purchase! This company has my loyalty & I will return happily! There was also a small issue with my coupon code during my purchase, so I gave the Live Chat option a try; customer service was awesome & cleared up the matter in minutes.

Breath Taking
This is without a doubt the most femine of all EO's. I waited a long time to be able to get the Rose oIl. I plan to make an eye serum but haven't gotten to it yet. Yes I would buy this all over again from RMO.

Why is this 5ml bottle almost $200?
A shopper on Jul 19, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Our Rose oil is known as Rose Otto. It is very difficult to find a pure source of this variety. When this is distilled it requires thousands of pounds of rose petals to make a batch of oil. This makes Rose well known as an expensive oil.

Our Rose oil is not diluted at all (which would allow for a lower price point), but we do offer it diluted as a "Blend of Rose" option, so that customers may purchase the oil at a more affordable price.
how many drops of rose eo should I put in my diffuser?
A shopper on Feb 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The experience is really subjective to the user but, depending on the size, cool mist diffusers typically call for 2-10 drops of oil. I have 100ml capacity and usually stick to 6 drops. Rose is very strong so I wouldn’t use more than 2 drops in my diffuser. To be honest, I prefer using this rose oil a bit more intimately. By that I mean to wear as part of a homemade perfume, body spray, linen spray, etc.
Where do you source the roses/rose oil from? Is it made with indigenous roses from Turkey or Iran?
A shopper on Feb 2, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Our Rosa x damascena (Rose Otto) is sourced from Bulgaria. Customers can see this on the bottle label, GC/MS test results as well as in the "Facts" tab.

Can this rose otto be taken internally such as a drop diluted in water? of so, what would the benefits be? Thanks!
A shopper on Dec 30, 2017
BEST ANSWER: Rocky Mountain Oils feels that essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly. All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic. They are of the quality to ingest. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so. If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance.

Are the roses used to make this organic?
A shopper on Feb 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Rose is not certified organic. However, all of our essential oils are 100% pure, natural, therapeutic and organically grown. They are GMO-Free, GC/MS and Pesticide tested. However, until now, we have not had government USDA Certified Organic oils. Certifying essential oils as organic is a very long, expensive and extensive process.

We have heard our customers requests to bring some USDA Organic oils into our product line and we are starting with 6 (Tea Tree, Peppermint, Orange, Lemon, Lavender, and Frankincense).
