Thyme Essential Oil (Thymus vulgaris) is also commonly known as Garden Thyme and Common Thyme. Thyme Essential Oil has a strong fresh, herbaceous aroma presenting a top-middle fragrance note.

Thyme Essential Oil is part of the Rocky Mountain Oils Wellness and Cleaning collections. Diffuse Thyme Essential Oil to promote mental clarity, focus, and courage. Remove dirt and grime from around the house when adding Thyme Essential Oil to cleaning products or distilled water. The oil also provides natural bug and pest repelling properties when used in the home.

Caution: Thyme is considered a hot oil. Always dilute hot oils with a carrier oil to prevent skin sensitization.

Carpet Steamer Shampoo

  • 20 drops Thyme
  • 10 drops Lime
  • 5 drops Pine
  • 3/4 cup Hot Water
  • 1/2 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Castile Soap

Pour all ingredients into a container with a pour spout (or use a funnel to dispense) and blend well. Add the formula to the appropriate compartment on your steam cleaner. Clean your carpet according to the manufacturer's instructions.

 Apply with a carrier oil for topical application.

Kids Safety: Safe to use topically with children 2 years of age and older. Dilute to a .5-2% dilution rate for topical application.
