Does it help with pain?
Cynthia C on Jul 20, 2017
BEST ANSWER: I love black pepper for pain relief. Seems to be more beneficial When used in a blend with other essential oils targeted for the specific problem, but yes. I have had good results. Please be sure to use essential oils safely, and to always understand the usage guidelines. Enjoy!
Saw someone using it to help Break husbands addiction to cigarettes. Wondering if this works with Alcon & if so how to use it - diffuse or topically? Or maybe just drink it instead of the alcohol?? Just kidding of course but would love to hear about anyone's experience with this! Thanks!!!!

BEST ANSWER: One of the objectives of the use of essential oils is for the therapeutic properties of the oils to be absorbed into the bloodstream. To best receive these therapeutic benefits, diffusion and topical application are advised. The most common areas for topical application include rubbing the diluted oil on the back of the neck, behind the ear, on the wrist, the bottom of the feet or on the targeted area.
