Since receiving the oils I have used 3 of them Purify, Citrus Blend & Immune Strength so I will only focus on those.
Purify - at the moment I have a small spray bottle on my desk at work and in my bedroom at home. In my opinion I find it to be a bit calming and it does help to relax me and I will take a moment or two after spraying to take a breath and recenter myself. I find the smell to be pleasing and not overwhelming. I notice the lemongrass and citronella smell the most. Also after smudging a room in my house I did spray the room with purify it did take/mask some of the smudging smell which was a major positive for me.
Immune Strength- I find the smell to be similar to doterra's on guard however that is where the similarities end for me. If you are going to apply this make sure to dilute it with a carrier oil (I didn't understand what people meant by something being a hot oil, now I do). I keep some diluted in a roll on and I periodically apply to my hands at different points of the day like my own personal hand sanitizer (I work with children).
Citrus Blend- at the moment I am diffusing this mixed with another oil in my car to help get through my daily commute. My students enjoy the smell of this they say it smells clean and fruity and makes them think of summer. I'm a big fan of all things citrus and I personally prefer it over other brands that I have tried in the past.
My only negative is that I wish there was a bit more information on using the oils topically, where the suggested best places to apply them are etc. Also I wish there were some suggested useages (what they can and cannot be blended with etc.).
If you do choose to ingest the oils, we suggest consulting an Aromatherapist or trusted health professional for guidance. As a company we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so.
We recommend only diffusing the oils with a diffusion icon on the label.
Sorry this may not have been much help, but the 4 blends you'll find here have loads of different uses.
Essential oils are very beneficial for our bodies most of the time. However, pregnancy is a special time when customers need to be aware of some changing circumstances. We recommend that any pregnant or breastfeeding customers consult with a medical professional if they choose to use essential oils during this time.
