Taking in a big, deep breath of fresh air can do wonders for your health and soul. But, what about those times when you are so stuffed up it feels like you can hardly breathe at all? From allergies and asthma to the annual cold and flu, there are a lot of things that can clog up our respiratory tracts and make it difficult to breathe. That's where Breathe Ease comes in.

Our Breathe Ease Essential Oil Blend is a unique and professional combination of Eucalyptus radiata, Eucalyptus citriodora, Myrtle, Peppermint, Spruce, Ravintsara, Pine, and Marjoram. These respiratory-boosting essential oils can help you go from stuffed up to sighing with relief. With a sharp, menthol-like aroma, Breathe Ease can help promote your body's ability to break up mucus or phlegm when you feel congested. If you experience frequent coughing, Breathe Ease's soothing aroma can calm your respiratory system and make it easier to get full, deep breaths.

If you feel the early symptoms of a cold or general congestion, Breathe Ease can help support your immune function to help your body fight against unwanted ailments before they get any worse.

  • Apply topically to the chest and neck area to help calm a cough or breathing troubles.
Breathe Ease Room Mist
  • 75 drops Breathe Ease
  • 4 ounces Distilled Water
Add the essential oil blend to a 4-ounce fine mist spray bottle, then fill the rest of the bottle with distilled water. Shake before each use. Liberally spritz around the room as needed to open your airways and promote open breathing. You can refill the water 2-3 times before refilling the oil.

  • 2 Tbsp Beeswax Pastilles
  • 40 drops Breathe Ease
Melt the beeswax pastilles with the carrier oil in a double boiler over low heat. When just melted, add the essential oil blend, and stir well to combine. Pour the mixture into a sealable container, and let it cool completely. To use, rub a liberal amount on your chest or the bottom of your feet to help reduce coughing and congestion.

Caution: Asthmatics may react to the Eucalyptus; use this blend with caution. Do not use topically on children younger than 10.

Kids Safety: Safe to use around children ages 10 years and older. Dilute to a .5-1% dilution rate before applying topically on children.

Helpful with coughs and colds
I love Breathe Ease from RMO. The fragrance does wonders for opening up my airways without smelling medicinal. Sometimes I combine it with lemon, sometimes I combine it with Immune Support, and sometimes I use it by itself. I’ve been able to achieve desired results with both diffusion as well as using it in a diluted, topical application. This has been a wonderful oil to have on hand during cold and flu season.

Used for asthma
I purchase this for my mom who uses it to help with her asthma. She likes this one the best because she cannot handle lavender which is not in your formula. She has a coughing fit inhaling lavender.

If I don't have a diffuser how can we use this without putting it in a spray bottle? Do we need to dilute it with anything? Thanks!

BEST ANSWER: Great question! We would recommend topical application. Topical application of an essential oil is done by adding essential oils to a carrier oil and spreading them on the skin. Check out the link below for more information.

Does this smell like lemon to anyone else? It smells like bug spray almost lol or a lemon gummy bear. I like it but am I going nuts?? Thought it was supposed to smell like menthol or minty
Melissa C on Mar 28, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The Eucalyptus Citriodora Essential Oil that's in the Breathe Ease Blend has an aroma that sets it apart from other Eucalyptus species due to its fresh-squeezed lemon-citronella fragrance. That's what gives the lemony scent!

Thanks!
