I love my RMO, just not this scent
I'll start by saying I have loved all of my RMO but this has an off-putting smell to me. Its like citronella which I'm not super fond of. I haven't used it yet so i can't review it in that aspect.

Must Have Oil for cold/flu season
We can't live without this oil during cold/flu season. I often use this for breathing treatments to relieve congestion. Place a few drops in a pot of near boiling water, then create a tent with a towel over head, and breathe in for about 5 minutes. Be careful not to make it too strong, or it will be too harsh to inhale. Also very effective when combined with a carrier oil, such as coconut oil, and applied to the chest and bottoms of feet.

Smells like Citronella
I was expecting something more along the lines of doTerra's Breathe or a Vicks Vapor-type smell. I was very confused when I opened the bottle and all I could smell was citronella. I love RMO products in general, but I think that this formulation needs some tweaking. I am glad that it's been a useful blend for others, though. I suppose that everyone "reads" scents a little differently. I'm not going to return it, though. To help with the smell, I've been diffusing it 1:1:1 with Breathe Ease: Lavender: Peppermint. That helps to cut the citronella a bit more.

Our family’s cold remedy
My husband swears by this stuff anytime he feels a cold coming on! He has to have it diffused at night and throughout the day, he smears a drop on his chest and puts a bit under his nose. His newest concoction to diffuse is Breathe Ease and Deep Breathe mixed together in the diffuser. With the two mixed together, he is able to sleep the night through (not an easy task!!). We wholeheartedly recommend this oil!

Is this safe to use in a diffuser with dogs in the household?
A shopper on Jan 9, 2018
BEST ANSWER: At this time, we have found insufficient research about using essential oils on domestic animals, including procedures and possible reactions. Because of this lack of research, we are unable to advise how to treat pets with essential oils.
