my husband used this oil directly on the arthritis in his wrists and got relief that lasted most of the day. He uses it twice a day, couple drops each wrist, rubs it in-works better than anything else-so happy

WONDERFUL Oil
This oil is wonderful and does triple duty. It's not about the smell (which is pleasant but subtle) it's about what it does. By itself or a mixture of 50/50 with Relieve Me (my recommendation) it's amazing for pain. Plus a few drops with your facial lotion is great for the skin. Plus when stressed put two drops with one drop of Franincense in your palm and then dab on tip of nose for calming. This is definitely a 'keeper'.

I recently made the switch to RMO and love them but what wondering why the copaiba I purchased here has a completely different scent from the one I used previously? (which is also from a reputable EO company)
BEST ANSWER: Hello!
Due to different growing conditions (weather, soil, etc.), each batch of oil can vary in scent. Because our oils are of the highest quality, the scent reflects the growing conditions when the oil is distilled. Through the distillation process, the scent remains true to the plant.
Thanks!

Can Rocky mountain copiaba be taken internally like do-Terra copiaba?
BEST ANSWER: Essential oils are very potent and can be dangerous if not used correctly.
All of our oils are 100% pure, natural, and authentic. However, we cannot provide dosing suggestions or directions on how to ingest if you choose to do so.

The Copaiba description states it can be diffused, but the bottle does NOT have a diffuse symbol on it. Is it OK to diffuse?
BEST ANSWER: Copaiba Balsam is generally a very viscous (thick) oil that sometimes does not diffuse very well. This is why we do not immediately provide the diffuse icon on the label. However, because it has such a wonderful aroma to it and smells great in a diffuser, we provide diffusion information in the description to leave it up to the customer.

I just recieved your copaiba balsam. The bottle says it is for household/topical use but your online description says it can also be diffused. Can you clarify please? Also, what's the difference b/w your brown labels and your green labels? Thanks!

The difference between our Brown Labels and Green Labels is that our Brown Labels are associated with our Woods & Roots Family and Green Labels are the Herbs & Seeds Family.

i have heard copiaba rubbed on the jawline is good for relief from teething. Is this correct? There isn’t any reference to pain relief in the description.
BEST ANSWER: Copaiba is a part of our Relief, Mood, and Skin Care collections. Though it is most often used for skin care benefits, it may also be used to support the bodies natural pain relief functions. However, we would not recommend using this oil on children under the age of 2. I will provide a link to our Kids Safety page below.
