"I have been using a drop or two of this oil in 1 tbsp of flora brand flax oil for about a year. I use it after brushing, flossing, and doing a salt water rinse to swish or hold in my mouth for 10 or 15 min nightly. I also feel this helps inflammation in my neck and shoulders after swishing.
