"I bought several of these for around my house. I always get compliments on the scents - especially in the bathrooms. I love to use peppermint or lemon for a nice fresh scent. They pack a powerful punch. Everyone asks where I got them. I have had mine for several months now, and they are still rocking and rolling perfectly."
"This diffuser is a 5/5 when working. I love that it is a healthier way to freshen the air. I have two, and both have stopped working properly. I've cleaned them and that has not fixed the problem. They will turn on for one cycle, then they turn off completely. Too bad for a relatively expensive diffuser."

"My favorite way to freshen the air. I have also had the same issue with the diffuser and blinking lights and shutting off. I've found that a good cleaning with a q-tip where the oil attaches and around that area does the trick. I love mine and am planning on buying 2 more!"
"I’ve owned three of these and used them over the course of the last 12 months with various oils. Unfortunately, each of them reaches a point where it will try and start diffusing, blink a couple of times and promptly shut off. I’ve tried cleaning them each time but I can’t get them to start working again, so I can’t recommend purchasing this product since they don’t last longer than a couple of months at best. Very disappointing."

"This literally is a few days over the 1 year warranty that the diffuser quit working. Customer service will not do anything because it is technically out of the 1 year warranty period. I will not buy another diffuser from here and will not be making any more purchases from Rocky Mountain Oils."
"We put two of these in small bathrooms in our house and they did wonderfully. One bathroom had minimal use (maybe once a month) and it broke in less than a year. I didn't even get through a full bottle of oil before it malfunctioned. It sounds like its working when you turn it on but it no longer distributes a scent. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Oils but can't recommend this product based on the price and the inconsistent functionality."
"I just have had this in use about 8 hours. I have been searching for the best wall outlet diffuser and have fallen in love with this model. The night light is perfect. The settings provide you with variety on how much scent you would like to put out. Set up was easy. I haven't seen a leak yet."
