Ingredients:
• 5 drops Cinnamon Bark
• 3 oz. Distilled Water
• 1 oz. Witch Hazel
Instructions: Add all ingredients to a clean 4 oz. spray bottle and shake well to combine. Shake again before each use. Spritz liberally into the air or onto linens, pillows, and soft furniture.

"I absolutely love "cinnamon bark " essential oil from Rocky Mountain. Not only do I love Christmas and the cinnamon bark reminds me of happiness, giving me peace and joy with its scent; but I tore my rotator cuff and used the cinnamon bark for pain on my shoulder. I also bought the jojoba oil and mixed the cinnamon oil into the jojoba oil and the pain improved. Better than the bengay & bio freeze. I'm a registered nurse and would recommend this over other topical products as it provided me warmth and comfort to my stiff neck muscles and deep soreness to my upper arm (humerus) area. Must wash hands after applying, must mix with carrier oil per instructions from Rocky Mountain, as the cinnamon oil can burn your skin. Always test small area. But I love it so much I'm getting more post surgery. Also if apply heat pack after applying it feels even better. Make sure to consult your physician/ surgeon before using this. I love it!!!"
