Clove Bud Oil

Clove Bud Respiratory Support Blend

To reduce irritation in the lungs, relieve congestion, and support overall immunity and respiratory health, try diffusing this gentle and calming blend made with Clove Bud essential oil.

Ingredients:

• 3 drops Clove Bud

• 2 drops Eucalyptus radiata

• 2 drops Peppermint

Instructions: Add all oils to your favorite diffuser and diffuse for 30-60 minutes for easier breathing and air purification.

Always dilute prior to topical application. We recommend conducting a patch test before extensive topical use. Patch test by applying the oil to a small section of your skin and leaving it for about 15 minutes. Check for any skin irritations or allergic reactions before committing to topical use. Avoid contact with mucous membranes, eyes, and the inside of the mouth, nose, and ears. Do not ingest. Do not use it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

NOTE: Clove Bud is a "hot" oil that may cause irritation in sensitive individuals. Always perform a dermal patch test prior to extensive topical use by applying a small amount of oil to one area of the skin and waiting 15 minutes to see if an allergic reaction or sensitivity occurs. Do not use it with heating pads or hot water bottles.

Kids Safety:
Safe to use topically with children ages 10 years old and up. Dilute to a 0.5% dilution rate for topical application.

Q&A

FYI: I think you have the FAQ answer backwards re: clove bud oil vs. clove oil. The website states, "Clove Bud oil has a stronger, brighter, and more floral scent that makes it more beneficial for aromatherapy and cleaning products. Clove oil, on the other hand, has a higher concentration of a compound called eugenol." That is inaccurate. Clove BUD oil has more eugenol. You should probably correct that on the page. Not trying to nitpick, but if someone is looking to use clove for health benefits, they probably DO want the clove BUD for effectiveness.
