Didn’t know how to open the lid to add water.
"I never had a chance to try it because I tried to take the top off and broke the wires apart. I didn’t see any directions on how to open it properly but my granddaughter said oh you just twist it and pull it open, but it was too late. The wires were broken. So it would’ve been helpful to have directions on how to open it. Even some arrows on the cap to show you it needed to be twisted. But I’m going to try again and order another one."
